Friendly staff who provided professional service and advice for our stay. The rooms were neat and well fitted with good A/C. The restaurant offered a wide choice of good food and drink at good prices. The clean swimming pool provided a nice cool down at the end of the day in bangkok city centre." |

Tips seem to be expected by the driver. The confusion arises when the guests think they had to pay the driver for the ride which is already included in the tariff.
